- 10 slices white sandwich bread
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon

- 3 large eggs
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- For Cooking:
- 2–3 tbsp butter (for frying)
Instructions
- Trim crusts off bread slices and flatten each with a rolling pin.
- Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and 2 tbsp cinnamon. Spread mixture on bread slices, leaving edges clean.
- Roll each slice tightly and press to seal.
- Whisk eggs, milk, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and vanilla in a shallow bowl.
- Heat skillet over medium heat with butter. Dip roll-ups in egg mix and cook seam-side down. Rotate until all sides are golden brown.
Notes
Use soft bread for easy rolling. Dip briefly in egg mixture. Cook on medium heat. Freeze cooked roll-ups and reheat for a quick breakfast.
