  • 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
  • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk or granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups ice
  • ½ cup cold water (optional, for thinning)
  • Lime slices & shredded coconut (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Blend Until Creamy: In a blender, combine lime juice, coconut milk, condensed milk or sugar, and ice. Blend until frothy and smooth.
  2. Adjust Texture: If too thick, add a splash of cold water and blend again for a lighter consistency.
  3. Taste and Sweeten: Taste the mix—add more sugar or condensed milk if you want it sweeter or richer.
  4. Serve and Garnish: Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with lime slices and shredded coconut if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Substitute coconut water for a lighter version. Freeze coconut milk into cubes for a slushier twist. Add a shot of rum or coconut rum for a cocktail variation.
