- 3 tbsp vegan chocolate chips or cacao nibs
- 2 tbsp peanut or almond butter
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups dairy-free milk
- Optional: 1 scoop vegan protein powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix oats, chia seeds, and chocolate chips or cacao nibs.
- Stir in nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and milk. Add protein powder if using.
- Divide mixture into jars or containers. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Stir before eating. Enjoy chilled or warm briefly if preferred.
