Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp vegan chocolate chips or cacao nibs
  • 2 tbsp peanut or almond butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups dairy-free milk
  • Optional: 1 scoop vegan protein powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix oats, chia seeds, and chocolate chips or cacao nibs.
  2. Stir in nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and milk. Add protein powder if using.
  3. Divide mixture into jars or containers. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
