Description
Crack Chicken Sliders are the ultimate comfort food in bite-sized form. Tender shredded chicken, crispy bacon, melty cheddar, and creamy ranch seasoning come together in sweet Hawaiian rolls, baked to golden perfection.

- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 oz dry ranch dressing mix
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 2 1/2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
- 12 oz cooked, crumbled bacon
- 2 1/2 cups mild shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup + 1 1/2 cups)
- 12-count sweet Hawaiian rolls, sliced in half
- 6 tbsp salted sweet cream butter, melted
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp finely chopped fresh chives
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Melt cream cheese in a heavy-bottomed stockpot over medium heat, stirring often. Add ranch mix, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and combined. Remove from heat.
- Add green onions, shredded chicken, bacon, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Stir until well blended.
- Lay bottom halves of rolls in the baking dish. Spread chicken mixture evenly on top. Sprinkle remaining 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese. Place top halves of rolls on top.
- Brush tops with melted butter. Sprinkle with parmesan and chives. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5-8 minutes until golden.
- Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Make ahead and refrigerate before baking. Store leftovers up to 3 days. Reheat in oven for best texture.
