Ingredients
Scale
- For the Salmon Bites:
- 1½ pounds salmon fillets (skin removed, cut into bite-sized cubes)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to your heat preference)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- Optional Garnish:
- Chopped parsley or cilantro
- Sliced green onions
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Pat salmon dry with paper towels. Place in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice. Adjust to taste.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat with a bit of olive oil. Cook salmon in batches, 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
- Choose your style: drizzle sauce over salmon or toss salmon in the sauce until coated.
- Garnish with parsley, green onions, or sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the skillet for best crispiness. Customize the sauce to your preference—more sriracha for heat or more honey for sweetness. Serve over rice, in tacos, or with a slaw.
