Description

  • 1824 large strawberries
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • ⅔ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
  • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Cut off the stems and slice strawberries in half. Trim a small sliver off the back of each half so they sit flat. Use a melon baller to gently scoop out a bit of the center to make room for the filling.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form (about 4–5 minutes). Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  4. Transfer filling into a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe a generous swirl onto each prepared strawberry half.
  5. Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers. Optional: top with a blueberry or mint leaf for extra flair.

Notes

Prep strawberries and filling separately up to a day in advance. Assemble just before serving for best texture. For a twist, add almond extract or swirl in fruit puree. Use sugar substitutes for a low-carb version.
