- 1 tsp dark soy sauce (optional)
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp peanut oil (or vegetable oil)
Instructions
- Slice beef and marinate with soy sauce, oil, and cornstarch.

Notes
For a spicy kick, add chili oil or sriracha at the end. Swap broccoli with snap peas or red peppers for variety. Use tamari instead of soy sauce for a gluten-free option.
