- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 10.5 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning
- 1½ cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 5 cups frozen tater tots
- ¼ cup sliced green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, ranch seasoning, and 1 cup of shredded cheese until combined.
- Spread chicken mixture in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle half of the crumbled bacon over the top.
- Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer over the chicken mixture.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove, sprinkle remaining cheese over the tots, and bake another 10 minutes.
- Top with the rest of the bacon and sliced green onions. Serve hot.
Notes
