Description

These easy pumpkin pie twists are a quick fall dessert made with crescent dough, pumpkin puree, and cinnamon sugar. Ready in under 20 minutes, they’re perfect for Thanksgiving, Halloween, or a cozy snack with whipped cream for dipping!


Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Whipped cream for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix pumpkin puree, brown sugar, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and cut into two rectangles. Spread pumpkin mixture over one, then place the second on top.
  4. Cut into strips and twist each from both ends.
  5. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and bake 8–11 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with whipped cream or icing drizzle.

Notes

For a fun twist, drizzle with caramel or add mini chocolate chips. Best enjoyed warm right out of the oven!
