- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or fresh, chopped)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions
- Make the Marinade: Mix ranch, Parmesan, garlic, olive oil, parsley, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Marinate the Chicken: Coat chicken cubes in the marinade. Chill 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Thread onto Skewers: If using wooden skewers, soak first. Thread chicken cubes, spacing them evenly.
- Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high. Cook 12–15 minutes, turning until charred and 165°F inside.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley or Parmesan and serve hot.
Notes
