Recreate the iconic Parmesan Crusted Chicken from Longhorn Steakhouse at home. Juicy, crispy chicken topped with a cheesy garlic-Parmesan crust—perfect for dinner any night of the week!

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup bread crumbs (Italian or plain)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In three dishes: flour in one, eggs and milk in another, breadcrumbs with half the Parmesan, seasoning, salt, and pepper in the third.
- Dredge chicken in flour, then egg mix, then breadcrumb mix to coat.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden. Transfer to baking dish.
- Mix remaining Parmesan, mozzarella, and garlic. Top each piece of chicken with cheese mixture. Bake 20–25 minutes until fully cooked and bubbly.
- Serve hot with pasta, potatoes, or vegetables.
Notes
Use Italian breadcrumbs for extra flavor. Add red pepper flakes for spice. Make gluten-free with GF flour and crumbs.
