- ⅔ cup real mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons dried snipped chives
- 2 teaspoons all-purpose Creole seasoning
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon sugar (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl or large measuring cup, whisk together all the ingredients until smooth and fully combined.
- For maximum flavor, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld.
- Use as a dipping sauce, sandwich spread, or seafood topping. Stir before serving if chilled.
Notes
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Stir before serving as separation may occur. Great on crab cakes, burgers, fried green tomatoes, or mixed into shrimp salad.
