- 2 packages graham crackers
- 2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 ½ cups cold milk
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Fold in whipped topping until smooth.
- Layer graham crackers in a 9×13 pan. Spread half the pudding mixture on top.
- Add another graham cracker layer, then the remaining pudding, finishing with a final cracker layer.
- Melt chocolate chips and butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat, whisk in powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Spread chocolate topping over the final graham layer. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
For best results, chill overnight. Use stabilized whipped cream if making homemade. Dip your knife in warm water for clean slices. Try fun variations with fruit or flavored pudding.
