Description
This Non Alcoholic Autumn Harvest Punch is a festive fall drink made with apple cider, ginger ale, oranges, cranberries, and cinnamon sticks. A refreshing, kid-friendly punch for Thanksgiving or holiday gatherings!
Ingredients

- 1 gallon apple cider
- 48 oz ginger ale (or sparkling cider)
- 1 red apple, sliced
- 1 green apple, sliced
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 5 cinnamon sticks
Instructions
- In a punch bowl, whisk pumpkin pie spice into 2 cups cider until dissolved. Add remaining cider.
- Stir in ginger ale (mocktail) or champagne (cocktail).
- Add sliced apples, oranges, cranberries, and cinnamon sticks.
- Refrigerate 2–3 hours to let flavors blend.
- Serve chilled or warm with extra fruit garnish.
Notes
For an alcoholic version, replace ginger ale with champagne or add vodka/whisky. Serve warm or chilled. Best enjoyed within 3 days.
