Description

This Non Alcoholic Autumn Harvest Punch is a festive fall drink made with apple cider, ginger ale, oranges, cranberries, and cinnamon sticks. A refreshing, kid-friendly punch for Thanksgiving or holiday gatherings!


Ingredients

  • 1 gallon apple cider
  • 48 oz ginger ale (or sparkling cider)
  • 1 red apple, sliced
  • 1 green apple, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 5 cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  1. In a punch bowl, whisk pumpkin pie spice into 2 cups cider until dissolved. Add remaining cider.
  2. Stir in ginger ale (mocktail) or champagne (cocktail).
  3. Add sliced apples, oranges, cranberries, and cinnamon sticks.
  4. Refrigerate 2–3 hours to let flavors blend.
  5. Serve chilled or warm with extra fruit garnish.

Notes

For an alcoholic version, replace ginger ale with champagne or add vodka/whisky. Serve warm or chilled. Best enjoyed within 3 days.
