Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Bars are creamy, nutty, naturally sweetened, and packed with protein. These no-bake bars are like frozen cheesecake meets healthy snack—perfect for dessert, post-workout, or a hot day pick-me-up.

- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup natural peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- ¼ cup chopped peanuts (optional)
- Optional Chocolate Base:
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips and chopped peanuts if using for extra texture.
- (Optional) Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil, spread in a parchment-lined 8×8″ dish, and freeze 10 minutes to set.
- Pour yogurt mixture over the set chocolate base and smooth out evenly.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until fully solid.
- Lift out using parchment and slice into squares or bars.
- Let sit 5 minutes before eating for the best creamy texture. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for creaminess. Natural peanut butter gives the best consistency. Top with granola or drizzle with chocolate for extra flair. Freeze for up to 2 months. Makes a great frozen pie if added to a crust.
