Instructions
- Pour warm filtered water into a glass (not boiling).
- Add Himalayan pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
- Mix in fresh lemon juice, and if desired, honey or cayenne pepper.
- Drink slowly in the morning on an empty stomach for best results.
