Description

This easy sheet pan sausage and sweet potatoes with broccoli is roasted in a honey garlic sauce for the perfect weeknight dinner. Healthy, flavorful, and ready in under 1 hour!


Ingredients

  • 14 oz chicken or turkey sausage, sliced
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, cubed
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a large sheet pan.
  2. Add sausage, cubed sweet potatoes, and broccoli to the pan.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Pour sauce over sausage and vegetables, toss to coat, and spread in a single layer.
  5. Roast 25–30 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Cut vegetables evenly for best roasting. Leftovers keep 5–6 days refrigerated.
