Description
This easy sheet pan sausage and sweet potatoes with broccoli is roasted in a honey garlic sauce for the perfect weeknight dinner. Healthy, flavorful, and ready in under 1 hour!

- 14 oz chicken or turkey sausage, sliced
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, cubed
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a large sheet pan.
- Add sausage, cubed sweet potatoes, and broccoli to the pan.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Pour sauce over sausage and vegetables, toss to coat, and spread in a single layer.
- Roast 25–30 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Cut vegetables evenly for best roasting. Leftovers keep 5–6 days refrigerated.
