This Shrimp Scampi Pasta Bake is creamy, garlicky, cheesy, and downright comforting. It’s an elegant twist on a classic, loaded with buttery shrimp, lemon cream sauce, and a golden cheese topping that brings pasta night to the next level.

- 12 oz linguine or spaghetti
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ½ cup white wine (or chicken broth)
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook for 3–4 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.
- Pour in white wine or broth to deglaze the pan. Simmer for 2 minutes, scraping the pan. Stir in lemon juice, zest, and heavy cream. Simmer gently.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer pasta to a large baking dish. Top with cooked shrimp. Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan and mozzarella.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Refrigerate leftovers up to 3 days. To freeze, wrap tightly and store for up to 3 months. Add veggies like spinach or mushrooms for a twist, or swap proteins for chicken or scallops. Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
