Ingredients

- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 cup Cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2–3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 4 Low carb tortillas or wraps
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- Any preferred low carb vegetables (e.g., spinach, bell peppers)
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil, letting it warm up gently.
- Season your chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet and cook them for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Warm the low carb tortillas in the same skillet.
- Slice the cooked chicken and layer it on one side of the tortilla. Sprinkle cheese on top and add vegetables.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on each side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Wraps can be prepared in advance and reheated in a skillet for a few minutes before serving.
